Food is distributed every Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. For additional assistance contact Pattie Filley at pfilley@stjpiiparish.com

The Dare to Care Inspection is complete and the results are in.  We not only passed the inspection, but the inspector stated that we are the gold standard for all the Dare to Care Food Pantries.

Congratulations to all of those who:

Donate the food

Move the food from church to the pantry

Pick up the food at Dare to Care and our neighbor parishes

Inspect the dates on the incoming food

Put the food on the shelves

Rotate the food

Keep the refrigerators and freezers in the correct temperatures

Bag the food

Gather information from our neighbors as they enter the pantry area

Pass out the food

Talk to their friends about how great it is to volunteer

Lead all of us to provide a service to our neighbors so that we are able to feed the hungry, one of the Corporal Works of Mercy.

“Lord, I will sing to You a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth.

Sing to the Lord, bless His name; proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.”

We, the people of St. John Paul II,
aim to live as Jesus lived through humility and trust.
